Instructions
1. Sauté the Veggies & Beef

Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode.

Heat olive oil, then cook onion, carrot, and celery for 3–4 minutes until softened.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
2. Add Tomatoes & Seasonings

Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes.

3. Pressure Cook
